This site shares simple, body-based ways of working with everyday stress and tension. This page explains who writes the articles, where the information comes from, and how they are checked and kept up to date.

Who writes the content

Articles are written by Camille, a TRE® provider, drawing on her practice with clients and her own experience. When an article describes what clients commonly report, it says so plainly rather than presenting it as a guaranteed result.

Wellness education, not medical advice

Everything on this site is wellness education. Articles do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a doctor, psychologist or other qualified professional. We avoid words like "cure", "heal trauma" or "guaranteed" and describe practices in terms of what you might notice, such as feeling calmer, more settled or more aware of your body.

How articles are sourced

  • Statements about health, the nervous system or research are linked to reputable sources such as the NHS, Harvard Health, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Cleveland Clinic or published reviews.
  • Information about TRE® itself is checked against TRE Global and the published research on the method.
  • Where research is limited or mixed, the article says so.
  • Each article lists its references at the end.

How articles are reviewed and updated

  • Every article is read through before publishing to check accuracy, safety notes and that claims match the sources.
  • Articles show the date they were published and, when they change in a meaningful way, the date they were updated.
  • Articles are reviewed regularly so that links, research and advice stay current.

Safety first

Body-based practices can bring up strong sensations or emotions. Articles include a short safety note, explain how to slow down or stop, and point to professional support where it is more appropriate. Read the full disclaimer for more.

Corrections

If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please get in touch through the contact details on the homepage. Corrections are checked and the article is updated as soon as possible.
